Once You've Found a Desired Habitat, We'll Guide You Through the Offer and Negotiation Process to Get You the Best Price and Terms for Your Home Purchase.

Left Column

We first provide you with the past sales and revenues in the area. We then negotiate the best price for you, set an expiry date and time on the offer, and try to get you the best possible closing dates and possession dates. We recommend and customize a number of subject terms and conditions for your sole benefit to allow you to do a property inspection, review strata documents, finalize your financing, and protect you from losing any deposit monies.

Right Column

Once we have an accepted offer for you, we will guide you through to the end. We organize times for consultants such as inspectors, engineers, appraisers, etc. to get into the property and we ensure your mortgage is ready to go before removing conditions. As your Realtors, it's our duty to provide you with quality service that is grounded upon the utmost care, integrity, confidentiality and loyalty. You can count on us when buying in Vancouver.
