The living room replaced what was originally two bedrooms making a much better use of this room and providing a better flow for this home. The ceilings are flat and crown molding adds an elegant touch.
Fully fenced and a private hangout area. This patio space is 195 square feet and measures at 15'8" x 12'6". It's west facing to take advantage of the late afternoon/evening sun.
