Commercial Drive

Kitsilano

Mount Pleasant
Mount Pleasant and Main Street area is bustling with coffee shops, vintage clothing stores, second-hand shops, antique shops, furniture shops, pubs and artists' lofts. It is one of Vancouver's fastest growing and most sought-after communities and one of our top favorites.

Yaletown / False Creek North
Known to many as Vancouver's little Soho. Located downtown by the beach in the old industrial dockside of Vancouver, Yaletown has grown to become Vancouver's most prestigious waterfront community next to Coal Harbour for condo living at its best.

West Point Grey
West Point Grey is one of Vancouver's long standing most prestigious family neighbourhoods with mutli-million dollar beach front and view homes, great public and private schools, parks, and the old Endowment Lands, commonly now referred to as Pacific Spirit Park, and is within walking distance of almost every home. Nearby West 10th Avenue shopping offers cafes, shopping and all your basic necessities.

Kerrisdale
Surrounded by many of Vancouver West Side neighborhoods, Kerrisdale's central location hosts mainly single-family dwellings with an upscale and well-established shopping area. These shops are located on 41st avenue and East and West Boulevard.

Shaughnessy
Shaughnessy is one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in Vancouver. From its onset, this neighborhood was tailored for Vancouver's elite with quiet, private streets and large, exclusive, single family residences. Today Shaughnessy holds much of its history in all the original homes still flourishing.

Arbutus Ridge (including Quilchena and MacKenzie Heights)
With many of the properties positioned on a north-facing slope, the affluent area of Arbutus Ridge boasts many beautiful views of the water and mountains of Vancouver. Characterized by its larger than average sized lots and tree lined streets, Arbutus Ridge is one of Vancouver's most sought after single family neighborhoods.

Fairview
As it's name suggests, Fairview benefits from views of the water, downtown and the mountains. A combination of newer condominiums and early 1900's houses, this neighborhood is in close proximity to Vancouver General Hospital, downtown and the waterfront.

Dunbar-Southlands
This unique, residential neighborhood extends from 16th avenue to the shores of the Fraser River. The tree lined streets of residential houses on the south and north facing slopes of Dunbar change to the flat Southlands of large private properties, horse stables and garden nurseries. Scattered along Dunbar Street and 41st avenue there are café's, restaurants, and shops that cater to this family residential area.

UBC Endowment Lands
Looking out onto Vancouver Island and Georgia Striaght, UBC is located on the west most tip of Vancouver. This residential area was developed by the UBC Endowment fund as a self-sustaining community to benefit the university and its students and staff. In doing so, everything from early 1900's family houses, hi-end apartments, to student housing are tastefully mixed into this private neighborhood.

West End
As one of the oldest and most historic residential neighborhoods of Vancouver, the West End prides itself on its diversity. Denman Street highlights this by its wide variety of cultural cuisine, shops, and inhabitants enjoying themselves.

In the last 15 years, Coal Harbor has turned into a luxury, metropolitan, waterfront community.  Acting as the shore to this community, the seawall has everything from hi-end hotels and condos, to floating restaurants, to Japanese hot dog stands. With the latest addition of the award wining, Vancouver Convention Center, this area holds a modern touch in a most beautiful location.

Mixed between commercial buildings and business districts of downtown Vancouver, there are many residential pockets which continue to devleop their own character. Such areas as Yaletown, Gastown, West End, Coal Harbor and False Creek North continue to be major contributors in the evolution of Vancouver proper.

West Vancouver
Located below the north shore mountains, West Vancouver looks onto the mouth of Georgia Straight. With such a beautiful vantage, this area of Vancouver holds some of the most stunning residential properties. It also has several quaint shopping areas, which upholds its exclusive lifestyle. 

North Vancouver
As the north shore mountains meet the waters of Burrard Inlet and Indian Arm,  what lies between is the District and City of North Vancouver. This rugged nature also provides year round outdoor activities and stunning natural wilderness right within the confines of a fully operational city.
